Vodafone Push to Talk app for iPhone and iPad

With Vodafone Push To Talk you press one button and talk directly to individuals or groups. From the app and admin portal you can easily manage contacts and talk groups.

The communication runs via the Vodafone 3G- or 4G data network, of Wifi. You will use a data bundle of the regular Vodafone subscription.

For the usage of this service a Vodafone Push To Talk-license is needed. Vodafone Push To Talk will work on certified devices for this service (see web page).

Vodafone Push to Talk is a push-to-talk application which uses VoIP to make PTT-calls. This requires audio on the background. The application regularly uses GPS in the background to give location data to the server to enable dispatch functionality. Dispatch is a core functionality of the product, by which the dispatcher can see the most recent location data of the user. The usage of GPS in the background reduces battery life.
